and don’t even get me started on breakfast, I woudl ve been thrilled with some cheese or eggs instead of toast. also, a little something to welcome me would’ve gone a long way, but I guess I’m not special enough for that!

A cozy spot with easy parking, and my room was spotless! The bathroom was fab and the heat pump kept me toasty on a rainy night.
But I must say, my dreams of a magical garden party were crushed by the smell of fly spray. I’d rather wrestle a bat than face cooking in that chaotic kitchen!

Couples seeking adventure
The family studio was a great choice for privacy and comfort during our stay. We had an encounter with Jack the Dog upon arrival, a heartwarming welcome that set the tone for the entire visit.
It wasn’t cheap but still within reason for the experience we got.

I had a cozy time enjoying the stunning views from the sun terrace while chatting with fellow guests. The outdoor spa was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, not to mention the breakfast was available whenever I needed it. Just a heads up, the shared bathroom can get a bit busy during peak times, so plan accordingly! 😊

I had a good experience at Waitomo Orchard Estate B&B. The family studio felt private and was the best option on the property. The views were beautiful, and the property itself was generally quiet. The shower had excellent heat and pressure, and the self check-in process was straightforward. Also, the location was perfect for visiting the nearby Waitomo Caves.
The plumbing could be somewhat noisy.

Beautiful views and a cozy atmosphere
I had a lovely stay at this charming B&B. The views were truly stunning, and I enjoyed relaxing on the patio while taking in the scenery. The continental breakfast was simple but satisfying, giving me just what I needed to start my day. However, the shared bathroom situation could use some improvement, as it sometimes felt inconvenient during busy hours.
